We are the proud owners of Walden’s Photography, a second generation photography studio started by Tim’s father, Bob Walden. Working together since we took over ownership of the studio, we have had our ups and downs, but looking back, wouldn’t change a single thing. Photography is a wonderful profession and it is who we are, not just what we do.
We are Apple junkies…can we say addicted? Dividing our time between being on the premises of our studio and home, we have happily worked side by side to build our business and now, we look forward to building our online educational offerings for those photographers just starting out as well as seasoned pros.
We live in Lexington, Kentucky, close to downtown in what many consider the most lovely and historic area of our town where we spend warm evenings on our back porch with the smell of peanuts being roasted for Jif peanut butter, which is made a few blocks from our home, and listening to what our girls call “night creatures.” Opting to stay close to home, our roots and family have been a blessing and absolutely the right decision.
As Laura Ingalls Wilder says, ““The true way to live is to enjoy every moment as it passes, and surely it is in the everyday things around us that the beauty of life lies.”
